Teah is an MFA Interior Design student at Parsons School of Design. At Parsons, she is focused on examining and challenging anti-black racism in the lived interior. She graduated from Northwestern University in 2018 with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Design — a combination she sees as the study of how people make choices and how we can create better options. She envisions a career ahead in theorizing, imagining, and practicing methods of inclusive design.
In her spare time, she eats ice cream, re-organizes her furniture, collages, admires the creations of her peers, adds to her Are.na, and contemplates posting on Instagram. And then re-organizes her furniture again.
